Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, with the exception of EU countries for which we apologise. As a small business we are not able to deal with the recently updated VAT requirements. 

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Everything listed in the online shop is ready to ship unless otherwise stated, and we aim to send orders within 1 – 5 business days of being placed. This time frame does not apply to custom orders. We will communicate shipping estimates for custom orders on a case by case basis.

As standard, all UK orders are sent out Second Class. An upgrade to Tracked 24 with Signature service is available. 

The UK Second Class is insured against loss or damage up to £20.00, please note, there is no tracking available. 

The Tracked 24 service is insured against loss or damage up to £100, we will supply your tracking number upon despatch. 

All international orders are sent out via International Tracked. The International Tracked service is insured against loss or damage up to a value of £50.00, after 15 working days, and we can provide tracking details to give you peace of mind.

The International Tracked, Signed & Insured service is tracked and insured against loss or damage up to £250. If your order value is higher and you require higher value insurance, please contact us before placing the order.

Sheepish will not be held liable for any loss or damage during transport with Royal Mail.

International customers may find that you have to pay import fees, duties, or any other inbound customs fees. This varies from country to country and this is not included in the price. Estimated shipping times are below, however; Sheepish is not responsible for and cannot predict delays due to customs.

Packaging

Wherever possible, we avoid using plastic or non-recyclable materials in our parcels. Any bubble wrap used is recycled, and we use paper mailer bags which have been tried and tested by us. Where a paper mailer is not appropriate, parcels are wrapped in brown paper and secured with paper parcel tape. We endeavour to keep our environmental impact to a minimum, selecting sustainable materials that will not contribute to landfill.
